Gurgling/bubbling/water Noise

I have a mk6.5 fiesta zetec S.

When switching off my engine for about 1-3 seconds there is a gurgling noise coming from the engine bay, a good way to explain it is imagine the car is quickly driven onto a steep bank and water and liquid on a tank rolling from front to back or like some liquid falling back through tubes as a pump is powered down or something, just wondered of anyone knows what this is? Theres no problems with my car otherwise, runs perfectly.
