Mattie92
Im buyin a 2008 ford focus zetec, currently on 16inch (see attached) and i am wanting to put 18inch alloys (see attached) on the car. Can i do a straight swap on the alloys and if so will there be any difference in the car handling etc?
Stoney871
If fitting 18" rims you will also neede to fit a steering rack limiting kit to stop the tyres hitting the wheel arch on full lock. You will also find that the speedo will be less accurate as the rolling radius will be larger.

STEADS
You don't need the limiter and your clocks are about 5mph out anyway chi against sat nav put 18s on mine same wheels your looking at didn't notice any difference in mph reading at all and your rarely on full lock anyway .the rides a bit harsher I'd say with lower profile tyres .
