I had my first service on my c max yesterday and specifically asked for a sync update as the dab keeps going on and off and not working correctly. Apparently you can get version 4.02 which sorts out connectivity issues as well as stability for the radio. Is this true?? Anyone know for sure?? Before I make a complaint to the dealer I want to make sure my facts are correct. When I picked the car up they said it was updated but it's still on version 3.0. Help and advice pleaseeeeee.
