Rick984
Isn't forced induction code for super/turbocharged? Or is it the case that this person has fallen foul to the electric supercharger con I wonder?

Lenny
Exactly and what does it mean forced induction ? Haha Sent from my Nexus 4 using Ford OC mobile app forced inductionThis is a mushroom style filter or cone induction filter which is open to atmosphere, In some cases it may hace hoses feeding to it, dubbed forced induction. Boost gauges are for turbos Ive never heard of a fuel boost gauge lol The car has a 4-2-1 exhaust manifold which is 4 pipes narrowing to 2 pipes then to one pipe which feeds to the rear of the car, This results in smoother flow of exhaust gasses giving better throttle responce. The car is lowerd on adjustable suspension, possibly coilovers, It may require laser tracking alignment to prevent excessive tyre wear. As saw in image this is result of negative camber, this is prevented by laser alignment which corrects camber after lowering Overall mate the cars had roughly 1,500 spent on it, Judging by the spec too, its been driven hard quote "like a go kart" Bare in mind you can build the same and possibly had less hardship if you bought a standard spec 2.0 and put these parts on yourself, Its not really that much modified, Forced inductions do more harm than good, and 4-2-1 exhaust gives maximum 15bhp increase, Has it been remapped or a fuel rail box fitted. Lenny
What they said lol:) if i was to type it all out, the autor of this thread would think "that guys a negative A-hole and doesnt know what he's talking about" But when you link videos that have over 20,000 Likes, they must be speaking some truth. And i know we spoke a bit about turbo there, and the car in question not having one. Well in my opinion the car is a good base, and having a 4-2-1 manifold i wouldnt sacrafise that and go fitting a turbo, If it was mine and i had a spare 1500-2000 to put in to it, The car would greatly benefit from an Induction Throttle body upgrade, Or ITB's as there called, This modification would be around 700 cheaper than turbo, and would provide up to 40bhp increase With greater torque and throttle response through out the rev range Unlike turbo which has lag, additional nose weight, and only kicks in between 2,000rpm and 3,500rpm Throttle body's would give you the better edge on exiting corners, Just my opinion, There are off the shelve kits available on eBay for most naturally aspirated and unnaturally aspirated engines.
