What size is it now?, as the manual appears not to tell you, and everything points to 42ltrs.

The reason I ask is that I just gave her the first fill up, and used my usual local tesco

Even with the fuel light on the old one at 127.9 would get to £48.00, but without the fuel light on, but not far off, this one got to £53.00!

    ST has a 48l tank :)

    42l for all other petrols and 40.5 for diesel (taken from the latest brochure on the Ford website: http://www.ford.co.uk/Cars/Fiesta/BrochureAndPriceLists )

    Tell me about it, the odo read 317 the trip 316.9 it had 61 on it when I got it, I don't think the trip was reset, and it lasted 8 days :)

    It does say 48 litres in the manual, it's under a separate table for 1.6 ecoboost.

    Ok, I've found the bit where it lists all the capacities, all I can find is all 42.8, no mention of the 1.6 or the diesel either!

    Round me, tesco is 132.9, texaco 136.9, shell 137.9, esso 138.9 and BP 139.9, thats BP in York, the ones outside York not far out are 142.9!
