Mykey Deactivation Without Other Key/admin Key

Please HELP!!!!

my key is active on my actual key after i was playing around with the setting seeing what everything does, i do not have access to another key for the car to reset the mykey function, so am now limeted to 80, sterio volume is low and the car just wants to bing at me with info messages which is going to drive me insane soon.

can anyone tell me of a way to deactivate this mykey function without the other key?

Please please HELP!!!!!!
