I'm having an issue with the locks on my '97 fiesta.

First of all is that it doesn't unlock from the drivers side (but does lock).

Second is the fact that the key seems to always lock the car, but doesn't always unlock. It turns, but not far enough to unlock. The same happens with the boot, and also the key is very stiff in the ignition. This is a real trouble because the remote locking doesn't seem to work either (tried changing the batteries in the key).

Any ideas/suggestions/fixes?

    Just to add,

    I was suggested to squirt some WD40 in the lock - still no improvement, so it looks like I need a new key. Where would be the best place to get one that isn't too extortionate?
