Lenny
Thinking of selling the Focus, putting some money to one side and buying a older Ford (not as old as the mk3 Escort though lol). Brought this as economical car to use, but drive a van to work everyday. And modern cars don't like sitting around. So would rather sell and let someone else enjoy it. Mmmm decisions decisions lol Is it worth the sell mate? In my opinion better the devil you know i.e you know its history, Also will the resale value leave much excess after purchasing the replacement, And what if the replacement requires some investment could end up out the same expence and an older car. Just my thought on it, Ive become quite bitter & twisted since poping out leg joint yesterday straining groin tendants and now on crutches, Fell on left side yesterday on to concrete, had phone in left side pocket which caused the pressure on joint, Popped back in after i got up but lord da pain. Anyways just my opinion yo.
JC600
Yeah, had those thoughts Lenny......thinking of only spending £1-2k (2.5k at a push). Late 90's, early 00's car. Should leave me £3-4k in the bank. Want something I can just fix myself. And not all this electronic stuff. Might even go early 90's.....and have two retro cars lol Hope you heal up ok mate, try and take it easy. :)

Lenny
Focus is now gone. :( But just picked this beast up! :D MG ZS 180 Looks great, Needs some yellow paint on the calipers to get it poppin :) I see its already gotten silvatec bulbs in tail light units, Some "ultra flat" Wiper Blades would work a treat on styling very cheap on eBay straight swap, And perhaps some tinted wind deflectors. Apart from that its a nice tidy motor.

And found some Xpower caliper decals in the garage lol Already ordered all new badges as there all faded. Need a new arial as the one on it is vertical. Fitted my Pioneer head unit, and white smd interior lights. Cleaned, treated and painted some rust inside the boot recess near the hinges. The Wiper Blades are brand new Bosch blades, so will leave them for now. Booked in for new boots on Saturday. :)
