I have recently purchased ghost lights, iv drilled holes in the door car and they fit in nicely

I wanted to ask if anyone knows what wires I need to connect it to in order for them to come on when my courtesy light comes on when the door opens

I want them to be wired into the door electrics

    Do you have footwear lights? If so look at the back of your foot well lights (bulbs) and trace the wiring closest to the door or most suitable place to make a connection.

    Or run wire down the a pillar from the roof lining into your dome light
