Lenny
maybe a steering limiter, to stop the tyres rubbing on the front on lock only if your lowering the suspension.

Lenny
I got st lowering springs aswell , so am I gonna have to get a steering limiter? Sent from my SM-N9005 using Ford OC mobile app are they 18x8 225 ? If yes then you will need the steering rack limiter kit from ford costs around 25 pounds, Its a teflon ring fits inside the CV joint limiting the turn angle preventing the fat tyre from chewing the inner wheel arch on turning full lock, If the ST alloys are replica i dont think they are 225 profile so wouldnt be 8.0 inch wide. If lowering you also need Eibach rear camber adjustment bolts they also cost around 25 pounds and prevent "negative camber" which causes excessive wear on inside of tyres, adjustable bolts allow ajustment of the tyre to road contact thus evening out the wear. See image results of negative camber requiring Laser alignment:
