Broken Air Con Pipe

Hello there I have a broken air con pipe can it be repaired or does it need to be replaced where is the best place to buy the part I am in Edinburgh

Be stupid to attempt to repair it to be honest. Air con systems can run up to 10bar.

An alloy pipe could be repaired with tig welding but I think your looking to either get one from a breakers or a ford dealer. Even eBay would be worth a try

where is the pipe broken? one of the footwells or in the engine bay?

Hi it's broken underneath the ns passenger door was told I need a new double air con pipe at cost of £172@ vat from ford any ideas please thanks Derek

Underneath the door? Don't know there is a pipe there? Unless you mean in the foot well, but I could be wrong...

dunno if there is a difference but is it a petrol or a tdi?

check out the prices at seat and vw.
