HI everyone

Just bought a focus 1.6 zetec, was just wondering if anyone had any ideas of modifications for it to make it sound good, look good and go faster, for as cheap as possible. Was looking at induction kits and exhausts but unsure what ones are best. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Induction kits wont make it faster theyll make a noise but make it slower an exhaust upgrade is a better choice as for making it faster you wont without having a few thousand pounds if you want to mod it instead of tuning the engine youll make it faster by doing the suspension

Lowering springs upgraded anti roll bar bushes and good tyres

Engine wise youde need a remap 10bhp for £300 fast road cam £300-400 drop in panel filter green cotton or k&n £40 sports cat £200 exhaust £200-300 all that may get you 15-25bhp on the 100bhp 1.6 better off with the 1.6 tivct thats 115bhp as standard

How much would I have to lower it by do you think. And any idea what exhaust would be best .

I believe the ford approved springs are 30-40mm and made by eibach and arent that expensive as for exhausts powerflow has a good rep they arent cheap but they shouldnt need replaced if thats a bit expensive theres lots on ebay at a cheaper price most just bolt on
