Hey folks the past couple of days my car has been giving me alot of greif. When driving to work doing 60mph as soon as i put the car in 5th gear theirs no power and the car drops to 45-50mph with my foot welded to the floor then i have to drop to 4th to get anything out of it. Anyone know why this is? My car is a 2004 1.25 lx 16 valve

    Theirs no engine light on. Was going ti give it a good service and see if that helps but i dont know

    tried cleaning the throttle body? ive u have a diag mechine check for any error codes, you could also check the enigne oil give it all a clean over, check the fuel filter, like said could try replacing bits at a time and see what cures it, if it carries on after you change and check some bits id take it to somewhere to get a heath check on it

    Will try all of the above and if that doesnt work then i dont think its worth doing anything with. Its got 117k on the clock. Be aswell scapping it
