what part went pop? what you have there is like a printout from the catalogue it would seem?

Looks like the high pressure line.

I'll do a Microcat check for you tonight.

Its the high/low preasure line its actually the rubber hose got a little 10mm split init bit apperently you can only buy them as one whole section which is the 19N651A big part on the pic

I love how Ford allow these parts to detach but they dont sell them seperately!

I would say you could get away with buying a non-ford part, you could probably just remove the hose from the new and replace the old and jobs a good un

Checked for you on Microcat-

The hose is shown in two parts on microcat however 19N651C (left hose) is £101 alone and 19E631 (right hose) is £46 but is in italics on the menu so taken to be unavailable or no longer stocked seperately.

The pair of hoses numbered 19N651A is priced depending on which car it is for (picture added shows in Euros so calculations for Sterling needed).

I reckon you'll also need some new seals too (A/B/C) although if the hoses come as a pair they may already be joined but no guarantee).

Hi. You've told us it was empty.

My experience tells me the low pressure switch had been actuated.

Power is nothing without control .

It was basicly he attached the refrigarant bottle to the relevant connector he also had 2 gauges one with a blue tap and one with a red tap and when he switched the blue one on there was a loud pop and now there is a 1cm split in the rubber hose
