Ford Fiesta - Audio System Problem

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,

I'm a fresh new owner of a ford fiesta "style" 2014.

I have a little problem that i would like to share with you and perhaps i will have some answers about it.

So, my problem is with my audio system (basic without sync technology and bluetooth ... just USB and aux)

When i plug my usb key with some mp3 into it, my usb is perfectly recognized and the audio system start automatically the song ... and here is my problem !

The first track is playing but in the screen ... the name is not showing ! when i click on >> ... the second track's name is showing and also the others ... but the first track/song : no name !

I changed the usb key ... tried others songs ... full reset the usb key ... but nothing ... the name of the first song is not displayed !

When i click on "OK" button to see all my tracks ... all names are ok and i can see them ... when i play the first track : the track number and time but without the name.

it's strange ... please can someone help me.

PS : with CD ... it's ok ! the first track with the name is showing and all are ok

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the world of sync.

I'd say you need to check the 1st track on your pc and make sure id3 tag has all the info.

You'll have lots of fun with sync ;)

Also the format, it doesn't pick up anything you've bought from playstore etc, you need to pull it into windows media and convert to mp3 I think, every time I download something I have to do this otherwise the entire album just isn't there.

Thanks for your answer ... i think that is the point !

For all my mp3 ... i put them in MP3TAG software to delete all tags (i know ... it's weird but i like to see only the mp3's name).

I will try to fill my mp3s id and see what will happen.

Thank you
