Hi,

I've just been told my car isn't recognised in the ford system. Checked etis and lo and behold, my registration number is not recognised!

Where can I find my VIN number?

    In fact how many places is the VIN stamped?

    Just tapped my VIN number into that Ford ETIS system and it seems to say my car is an ST2 when its an ST3 as far as I'm aware and the door label says this as well. Is this normal to have different info at times being displayed?

    Also all those updates listed are they what need to be installed or have been installed? Can these be done under warranty given the car is new?

    Thanks guys, OH sorted it out! Apparently my car was actually PDI'd under a private plate so doesn't show up using the plate I've got now lol -_-
