Flashing Brake Light Pass An Mot?

Hi, my high brake light flashes 4 times say within 1 second and then its just a solid line. Does anyone no if this will pass an MOT?

    I've not experienced this on my car but I know my mates corsa VXR does this and it's something to do with his ABS, not sure if it's exactly the same with our fiestas but I would presume so. If not maybe check your electrics?

    I should of explained better... I've actually put this relay module in so it purposely does this
