Hey guys. I've noticed a strange noise coming from the rear of my focus. It's hard to describe but it speeds up as I accelerate the slows as I break. It can be my rear drum shoes as I replaced them a month ago. I'm thinking wheel bearing

    Nah just as I speed up then slow down. Went out this morning took my rear wheels off saw nothing obvious my drums are really rusty. Mibby it's that ?

    spin the drums with the wheels off the car. how quickly does it stop. so you hear the brakes or something behind it?

    by default there will be a little bit of resistance but not too much, and it shouldn't be spinning so freely either

    Think il replace them .. Also I noticed my car has the holes you screw ur callipers to at the from . I have them at the rear. Wonder if I can do rear disks instead

    Hi Jim.. check that your tyres aren't making the noise. Mine wore "steps " on the tread which caused quite a drone at speed..
