Turbo Issue

Featured Replies

Hi all, i have encountered this wooshing issue twice in 4 months. First time it was a split pipe at the top 90deg bend. Replaced bend all good. This time its started again the engine management light came on and stayed on. I took the wee i think its the map sensor out of the steel pipe and double checked the recently replaced pipe all was fine with it. Now the engine management light has gone out but the issue remains. The car still wants too boost every now and again but jerkin about like a hookers hand on speed lol. Any suggestions would b a gr8 help.

Hi, did you check the bottom pipe, when you had the whooshing noise, if not you need to take off the under shield, the pipe is on the nearside by the radiator, also look at intercooler.

yes, you need to jack it up, tork screws hold it on, when putting it back on two plastic clips on the back hold it in place so you can put the front screws in.
