Hi all,

I need to replace my driver side, side light bulb on my Ford Fiesta Zetec 1.6S 2005 model. I already have the W5W bulb, does anyone know of a good tutorial I could follow to replace it? Ideally with images/photos. I believe I may need to remove the whole light assembly?

I have searched online but couldn't find a tutorial for my exact model and year so would greatly appreciate it if someone could help point me in the right direction.

I'm pretty savvi as I'm an engineer so think it should be within my capabilities!

Thanks in advance for your pointers!

Sarah

on the likes of the Focus, CMAX and mondeo, you have to open the bonnet, remove a screw, check if there are any support braces at the bottom of the light and push down on them. Then just wiggle the light assembly free.

Unclip the rearpanel from the back of the lights (four clips) pull the W5W out, pop the new one in and reinstall.

I cant say for definite how to do it on the Fiesta though! I never had to replace one on my 54 plate, and even if I did it was a long time ago!

Moving to the fiesta section.

Well on my mk7 fiesta...

Undo the top and bottom screw.

Then there was a clip thing next to the bottom screw.

The whole headlight has to come out and the way I did it was pull out the top and then pull it towards you while given it a little wiggle.

There is a clip thing on the bottom which does align it all up which makes it easier when refitting back in.

I am not sure if it would be any different on yours or not if so just check out the fiesta guides on here I am sure some one would have done it.

Hope this helps
