So having cruise on the fiesta for the first time, I was wondering if someone could confirm this.

Im cruising at say 70, go to activate cruise control, I press the ON button, no light on the dash, then I press the Set+ button , the crusie control kicks in and the light appears on the dash. However, reading the manual, it says the dash light should come on when pressing the ON button, can anyone confirm what it does on theirs? Thanks

    You need to press ON every time you start the engine to arm it, but no light comes on. Then press either Set+ or Set- to set it at the current speed (which is when the light comes on). Pressing + or - adjusts it by about 1mph either way, or you can press and hold to adjust.

    If you press CAN RES (cancel/reset) when cruise is holding the speed it cancels it, just like letting your foot off (and turns the light off). Press it when cruise isn't active and it will return to the previous speed, be careful with that one :). I've never pressed off, and I don't see the point in having on/off anyway, I always press on just after I set off.
