I messaged the man and he said he has 3 sets to get rid of one set is 4x100 the other is 4x108 and the others are 5x100 I know I need the 4x108 but are theses alloys good as I have always thought momo know there stuff?

Good price, and surely better than steel wheels. I'm not keen on them myself but all down to opinion. If u like them get them, if you're unsure shop around

Momo is a decent brand, you won't go wrong there. Personally I'd go for 16" or 17" though, but that's pretty much down to preference :-)
