    A give-away connector of some sort, looks similar to a horn connector.

    Could be for a feature not on your car but present on different specs or in other countries - saves Ford having to specify different looms for the 2 variants when the difference is minimal. Loom complexity is a big concern in the area of logistics for supplying the production lines.
