I went for the illuminated ones, about the same price from chinese seller on ebay £23. Blue matched my interior theme perfectly. I ideally wanted the ones with the MK3 Focus logo, but they don't fit the mk2.5 unfortunately.

Also I just thought I wonder if we could change the led strip under the scuffplate to red or whatever color you want as I think it just highlights the focus word so they may be fit to be modded to suit. I will have to look into that but it may he an option.

Probably could change the LED's if you wanted to. They do red for fiesta but not for focus, why I have no idea. Links to all scuff plates and all the other kit I've bought is in my signature mate :)

I bought a pair from ebay that came from Bulgaria . They had double sided foam to stick them but a few weeks later il need to rivet them to my car to stop them coming off

Jim the link in in his signature at the bottom of his posts but when you click on it it brings you to the ebay page that has ended the item, so I think it may be out of date but I have tried searching for these and cant find the on ebay only the ones for the mk3 focus which I think wont fit the mk2.

I have found them here on a site called alieexpress.com.

Busy weekend so haven't had a chance to reply. Jim they are still on ebay but they are the exact same ones on aliexpress which sonic has linked above. I use aliexpress all the time for bits and bobs, pretty good stuff.

Do they take long to deliver?

Out of curiosity do your led scuff plates bare OK against any wet or water that may get past them?

I wanted red ones as I have a red light theme going on in my focus but I may get the same as yourself as I can't find any other colours other than the blue.

Is there much blue light comes of them when lite up or just it just really highlight the focus word more inside the rectangle section?

Regarding the "do they take long to deliver" question... This is a bit of a length of piece of string thing... I've ordered stuff which has arrived with a recognisable 'from china' sort of sticker and it's taken about a week.. Other stuff on ebay has taken the full length of time allowed (a month iirc) + a day... even though they dispatched it the day after I ordered it...

...and then naturally some things just never arrived... (whether they honestly had posted it or not is another question..)

Yeah I know what you mean so its a bit like the usual ebay china buying, if it turns up its grand but from time to time things get lost lol!

I think will order a few small items for the focus to see what happens. I may order the scuff plates as I cant find any red LED versions anywhere only for the fiesta.
