Ford New Name Trust Ford

Featured Replies

ok not sure about other ford dealerships but here in Ireland "Lyndsay Ford" have changed their name to TRUST FORD.

Now all the old "Lyndsay Ford" stickers on the car look daft and old and I was wondering does New "Trust Ford" window stickers exist and does anybody have any on their cars?

They've also changed in Jersey, Channel Islands.. I actually don't have any dealer stickers on mine.. do you want them on yours?

I like to keep the car pretty close to how it was when I got it but I would rather have the new Trust ford decals rather than the old ones lol!

I guess I could replace them with ford logo ones or something.

Why would you even want stickers?

The first thing I do is remove ALL dealer stickers and even the number plates if they have gone silly on how big the logo is.

The car looks cleaner and also why advertise somebody's company for them.... for free!

Kiiiinda with Fred on this one. But each to their own :)

Personal choice mate. Car came with them so I keep them on it.

It's fair enough, as I said, each to their own. I think this 'trust ford' thing is very very new, 2-3 months now? So it's probably still in the process of rolling out the new bits and bobs. Could always ask directly?

Do you also keep the shop tags on your clothes so people know where you got them from?

Very much each to their own.

I am struggling to see the desire to actively add them though. Leaving them on is one thing, but to then go and try get more is puzzling.

Jeez I even change the number plates to get rid of the dealers name. The worst stickers are the bright yellow arnold clark ones cant understand why anyone would keep them on. Then again my old man has a external vinyl decal reading www.tjvickers.co.uk on the back of his suzuki and I offered to remove it for him and he declined.

Its just the dealers way of getting free advertising really.

My old focus had proper stick on letters (on the paintwork) in the old focus font saying 'Peoples Ford'. Hated it, but removing them would have left more of a mess.

Thanks for reply guys. I will wait and see what or if any come about.

In the main time might as well use this thread to show of any car decals so has anybody any window or car stickers on their ford and if so any pics?

I personally think the rear quarter windows on the focus in a nice spot for a small decals. I know Lenny has the ford owners logo on his focus I think.

It's any dealership group that were owned by Ford Retail (part of Ford Europe) who have re-branded to "Trust Ford"
