Need New Brakes And Pads

Featured Replies

Hey guys I need some new front brakes and pads and some advice. I'm looking for cheep and cheerful but good quality too. So far I've found for both front discs and pads.

Pagid-£74.90

Ford-£100

Brembo-£108

Will pagid do? Or is it worth paying the extra for one of the others? Thanks.

Most of the brake manufacturers produce two levels of quality on brake pads and discs.. This is a result of such fierce competition within that sector and the cheaper ranges are from China and the like. Nothing wrong with them but they wont last as long and the quality is very poor compared with the "Premium" quality kit.

Cheap money equals cheap kit ! Go for a premium level kit from a decent manufacturer and you will be fine ! Just make sure you are not buying the cheap competitively priced Chinese stuff !
