Idle Problem, Could It Be The Clutch

Everytime I press the clutch down when driving the revs increase and sounds like I'm revving the thing. I've changed the idle control valve and the throttle sensor, oem parts though. It's not fixed it and the throttle sensor seems to have made it slightly worse. Could it have something to do with the clutch? Occasionally when I let the clutch up I get a noise (not all the time) from the thrust bearing I believe it's called.
