Sharp And Sometimes Noisy Fiesta Breaks..

Not sure if the sharpness is much of a problem but the brakes squeal when I am just about to come to a stop. Also at low speeds I can heat the disks turning almost like there is something making contact with the disks. I have had a quick look and could not see anything obvious? Still have my warranty with ford so should I get them to check it out.

Its a 59 plate, done 50000 miles if thats of any help. I know the squeal could mean lots of things but its the turning sound which I have not heard of before.
