Hi all just back from hols. I have this problem of when i knock her out of gear and coast along the engine revs go up on there own 2500 to 3400 then when you stop or just before they drop to idle i have changed the throttle position sensor still the same can anyone shed any light on the subject would like to get it done as i may be changing it very soon and its annoying please can anyone help this is my first topic many thanks

    Stop coasting? :lol: if it only happens when coasting then who's gonna know when you sell it.

    Normally when the revs stay high between gear changed, slowing to a stop etc it's down to the idle control valve
