Does My Car Have Remote Central Locking

Hello ive recently bought. Ford focus zetec 02 and i was wondering if it had remote central locking when i lock car with key the indicators flash like the remote would do is there anyway to tell?

    Check above the headlining by removing front map light if there's a box behind there it's capable no box means no remote but it could be retrofitted

    Remote central locking is a function of the GEM on an 02 Focus, the headlining box is on later models.

    The best way to check if you have the feature is to do a vehicle lookup on etis and it should be listed in the minor features.
