Finally Picked Her Up!

Featured Replies

So, yesterday i finally picked up my fiesta :)

This is the first fiesta ive ever owned and second ford in my lifetime. My first was an old escort as my first car. Since then ive owned all sorts from rovers to citroens ( all crap cheapy ones ) I decided i wanted a new car, something more mature, reliable and safe so ordered a 1L 100ps ecoboost 5dr in black.

I want to say all that ive experienced on first impressions and how im getting on with it. I know ive only owned it for 24 hours its made a huge impression. Some pics below :)

interior is so nice to be in, although th dash is a bit long and large, i feel comfortable, welcomed and warm. DAsh illumnates beautifully and upon first start the car is smooth and quiet. The stop start too is smooth and unoticable unless you turn the radio off and open the windows then you can just about hear it :)

the exterior is a little high looking at the rear but all together its beautiful, sleek, stylish and very attractive!

I cant help but keep looking out the window at the car and just smiling :)

The front grille and front of the car in general looks a bit like a squashed aston martin, but im sure none of us mind that! i think it looks beefy and strong.

When driving the ecboost kicks in and it really flies! for a 1L i was very very impressed, it pulls beautifully up all the hills around here in hastings and will easily keep up with the diesels mpg around town.

No vibration what so ever from this car, no unwanted noises, its soft smooth and just what i expected and more :)

Very nice mate, good that you're pleased with it.

Have fun.

Good stuff. This is my first ford. Seems like I joined at the right time with this ecoboost engine, I love it, and the first car that makes me want to go out for a drive just for the sake of it. 2500 miles so far
