I popped into my local ford dealership the other day to get a quote on some parts for my focus. I mentioned by chance to quote me a price on a coil pack as mine is not a 100% genuine ford pack. It's an unbadged bosch coil pack. I still sometimes have hesitation issues.

I am using genuine ht leads and plugs so the only other thing is that fords can be funny with coil packs.

Anyway I have just picked some parts up today and the coil pack only cost me £57.99 Inc vat. Thought that was a great price for a genuine ford coil pack.

I have attached a picture of the invoice to show the price is real.

BTW it's the tc harrisons in burton on trent. They seem to have really good prices for parts even though they are a main dealer.

Genuine one on ebay mates under £39 again thats a genuine ford one unbranded bosch got one in mine £29.99 with postage

Yeah you advised me before on the unbranded one which I brought around 8 months ago. Had it tested the other day and it was playing up again.

Just thought for a bosch motorcraft one from a main dealer was a good price. Have seen them over 100 quid before

Gen ford or as you guys have got every time, cheap ones are a bad investment, im sure you guys know to make sure your plug gaps are good too. My Sisters 02 plate went through THREE coil packs in twelve months (ebay cheap ones). because her know it all hubby thought he knew best.

genuine ford are bosch ones mate so they arent cheap thats the price bosch sell them at no issues with any coil pack perhaps its a wiring issue to the coil and not the pack itself they have ford part numbers on them just like ford plugs are bosch or ngk the leads are bosch
