So is the style pack meant to be free?

it comes will all ST2s upwards iirc, never seen a pauper spec ST1 though will be the rarest of the lot I think, I think Ford just made them all with the Style pack assuming everyone would want it, it came with all models on release and seems to have stayed that way.

Yeah mines a poor man's ST1 :P and I got the style pack free :)

It's meant to be a cost option but has been on offer as free since the car was launched, seen a few without it and it makes a change to see silver wheels.

I would've paid for it if it wasn't free anyway as I like the painted cailipers and light up sills.

thing is, if you parked up next to a bunch of them you'd stand out the most and people would just be in awe at your silver wheels and cloth seats, did you not get the DAB or NAV either?

Nope completely standard ST1. The options aren't that important to me, just wanted more power for now. Will most likely trade after 9 months so will go for a few more options then after I've got my promotion at work

I do like the silver wheels, they look shiny and clean.

However i wanted the rest of the STY style pack so had to get it! :)

How easy are the footwel lights to do?

Very easy. Just pull the bulbs straight out (they will be on so may be hot, use some tissue or a cloth if too hot) and pop some w5w led's in. Literally 30 second job.

Already got my led's in (footwell + number plate), richbrook ariel, wind deflectors and carbon ST inlays on. Grabbing some wing mirror caps and wrapping them in carbon soon :)

Today i installed a brodit proclip phone holder into the car. Don't like the suction ones so paid a little more to get this. It's really good, just clips round the A pillar :).

Also used some fly eye film i had left over from the last car to tint the reflectors on the back.

Next up is "Fiesta" middle break light sticker, finish putting LED's inside (need to do main interior, map lights and rear passenger light) and then carbon wrapped mirror caps.

Don't think i've ever seen an ST without the style pack apart from pictures on the web of US spec ones.

Would be pretty good if you could request the painted calipers and illuminated sills but have the silver wheels :)

Yeah all types of phones. you buy 2 separate parts - one specific for the phone and the other specific to the car and they screw together so can be changed if you upgrade :) bought mine from dsldevelopments.com. Ordered 3pm yesterday, arrived 11 am this morning (I paid the £7.99 tho)

Yeah it is steep! Been looking at them for a while undecided on whether to get one. Just bit the bullet in the end. No doubt I'll get more years use out of it than a cheaper one :)

Yehh I seen inath mention one a while ago and debated it but left it and now I remembered why Hahaa, yeh that's true, they are good quality and can interchange them like you said atleast, might have to just bite the bullet like you and go for it.

Looks good buddy. Got any other plans for it like a splitter? I really fancy getting my wheels sprayed black, wrapping the roof and black mirrors... We'll see wether I get round to that though!

Tempted by the trc splitter. Didn't get one for my ZS because it required modification, not sure if the ST one is the same? And other than what I put in last post I may get front plastics sprayed gloss black and perhaps mountune mp215 in a few months time.

So more LED'S arrived this morning. Put one in the boot, one In the back seats, and a festoon in the middle light. Got 2 led's left... how the he'll do I get the map lights out? Lol

With the lens out try and pinch the bulbs with both index fingers or gentle grip them with long nose pliers.

Ah cheers, tried with my fingers but they're too big to get either side. I'll give some pliers a go, bit scared ill smash the bulb while it's in the holder tho!
