Ford Sync Issues

Featured Replies

So I'm driving along in my 1 month old Zetec S listening away to my music and decide I want to skip the song and skip stops working on the steering wheel and dash controls. Then the next time I get in the car I try to hook up my phone and it fails. So today I have unpaired all bluetooth devices, hard restarted my phone, master reset sync, switched car off and on and my problem now is that I can pair my phone but when I try to play music the music says its playing on my phone but I hear nothing then a few seconds later I get an error saying that the device has been disconnected. I also get this when using the USB.

So anyone had this problem? Or got any other ideas for me to try? I've booked it in to the garage on Monday but would rather fix it myself if I can!

Ignore this thread guys. I've fixed it! :D

Incase anyone has this problem. I went behind the glovebox and pulled out the sync/bluetooth Fuse and put it back in. It's number 24 and sits closest to drivers side. I'd check your manual first though :)

Good you got it fixed
