Hi all I only ever put Shell vpower in my modified Impreza

So thinking what to use in my 2.2 titanium x

Do people just use regular diesel in these tdci's ?

I used to use Vpower in my high compression FSi engine, my 2.0 tdci runs on vegetable oil; it's very close to what they use in Iraq as diesel LOL. But after I drive back from Iraq I used 2 full tanks (140 litres) of Vpower to clear any deposits left from there. Otherwise I use BP standard, only reason is because it's got the BP logo on the filler cap and stating that it's recommended.

I have a Mondeo 2.0 tdci and it is running well of shell standard diesel giving 60-62 mpg.

What's a realistic mpg on my 2.2 ?

it won't be getting driven hard I have my other car for that :)

I used fuel save Shell diesel mostly about twiceevery six months I use vpower to clean it out and take on long motorway run to get mpg back due to loosening it in central London no other suppliers seem to be any good on mine I have 2.0tdci titx

I use Shell regular as the fuelsave doesnt exist anymore for some reason.

My car loves it, and I hate putting anything else in it... everytime I do I feel like I just committed genecide, homicide, treason and infidelity all in one go.

pmsl I am the same with vpower in my impreza although it does get the odd splash of meth too :)
