Broken Key Fob?

Featured Replies

Mums focus key fob has broken,so she can only open the car with the actual key and everytime she does the alarm goes off lol, also cant get into the boot because manual release doesnt work.

do i have to get a replacement circuitboard and then take it somewhere to have it programmed etc? cheers

You should be able to buy a 2nd hand key fob, sync it to the car yourself and swap over the key blade and immobiliser chip.

Easy to do but there should be a guide on here somewhere to help you.
