Need Help!!

Featured Replies

On a few occasions the last few weeks when Iv turned the engine over ( especially when engine is still warm) it doesn't seem to give me the full fire up! It still drives ok after this tho. Just wondering if this is either a dodgy lead/plugs or could it be the start of the coil pack playing up?

Could be all or none of the above im afraid if it is possibly the coil pack you should change leads and plugs also it does sound like a coil pack but it could also be the battery

I think I'm gonna have go at changing the coil pack / leads/ plugs before winter sets in!! From experience that's when things start to pack up! Cheers artscot79 for the info

Given original leads alone are nearly £60 it may be worth having it looked at youre looking at around £120 for those parts alone

Good point! I'm gonna see how it goes over the next week or two I think. If it was the coil pack witch would suit better the Bosch one or fords own ?
