Sourcing A Spare Key

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I terrified myself a few days ago when my only key to my 2009 Focus parted company with the rest of my key ring. Thankfully, it fell into my pocket, but I would sleep easier if I had a spare. I've searched this forum (possibly in the wrong places) and the Internet in general but a lot of the data seems out of date. I don't need a remote key, just a key that will unlock and start the car. What's the most economical way of obtaining one these days, and roughly how much?

Thanks in advance,

Mick

You could try Timpsons which can clone your key can't remember how much but not to expensive or it's the auto locksmiths or last choice is take it to ford think it cost me nearly £100 for them to code a spare key
