Hoping someone out ther can help.

I have a 2008 Ford Focus diesel. Vehicle has developed a fault last 36hrs

The vehicle starts fine but shortly after the journey starts the battery warning light will come on, then an audible warning, all the dashboard lights come on, an alert "power steering malfunction" the electrics (radio, air con, lights will all power down) either work a lower output or power back up.

I had a free battery health check, they said the battery is unserviceable but still operating and the alternator is fine.

Any help much appreciated.

    Sounds to me like either the battery does now need replacing or maybe a loose connection to one of the main terminals.
