Fiesta Mk6 Weird Wind Noise

Hi there

I was driving to college today and the engine was still cold, In 1st and 2nd gear I hear this weird sort of wind noise but it goes away in 3rd and upwards?

I have no idea what it is and cant explain the noise, sort of sounds like loud tyres but it isn't that as it's never made this noise before.

Can anyone relate to this or know what the problem is?
