Map Lights In Rear?

Featured Replies

Are they a way to put map lights into the rear of my car is it a straight swap? A remember pulling out my one from front and there's only 2 plugs if I remember one for lights one for Mic so would it fit straight into the back area

Yes, it is a straight swap. I bought an interior unit without the ambient lights and the installation took no more than 1 minute.

The ambient light unit fits as well, but you need to make an extra connection.

Cheers mate a guess a could put a extra spade from the front one to rear?

That should do the job ;)

That actually sounds quite good. Especially if you get the ambient rigged up.

Can you post how much the light unit is when you buy it please. Also let us know if it was easy to get a cable across

If you remove rear light,

Then remove the light surround,

Rotate it 180 degrees

Refit the light surround

Then the triple light unit,

This puts it at a better angle switches face rear and all light stays in the rear of the car too
