Also is it normal that I'm getting a lot of brake dust on my front wheels?

Brake pad dust on cars with disc brakes is normal. It can be corrosive when wet so make a point of washing the wheels properly every week and use a good wheel polish.

That was my point everything except st has rear drums so yours will be dirty on all 4
