Painting The Front Fog Lamp Holders On A Mk7 Fiesta Zs

Hi all, this is my first post here and I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone! I currently own a Fiesta 1.6 Zetec S Metal and I am looking at painting the front fog lamp holders (sorry if they actually have a proper name) black so it matches the other black trims on other parts of the car. My Question is, how do I remove said holders in the first place to paint them?

Just to clarify, I am on about the silver plastic rim around the edge of each fog light on the front of the fiesta MK7 (pre-facelift)
