I first used 12v tyre pressure pumps around 30 odd years ago and, to be honest, I did not take to them because they were very noisy and took ages to put just a few lbs into the tyre, so I went back to the good old foot pump.

I'm just wondering if these 12v tyre pressure pumps have improved and are less noisy and are pretty good at pumping up tyres without taking ages?

Any help from members who could recommend a make that they have found to be pretty good, would be appreciated.

Didn't one come with your car? Ford one is actually pretty good.

Did I get one with my car? I'm assuming that you mean 'included' with the standard tyre repair kit?

I chose to have a spare tyre instead of the repair kit.

Do you have any details of the Ford 12v pressure pump?

oh right, they do come with if you don't have the spare, any dealer will sell them, just give yours a bell. or try your nearest Honda dealer, old civic had one and it was pretty good, only cost me £20 from them.

Hey Ive used this one for years its great you just set the pressure and it pumps up to it and stops and is pretty fast aswell also has LED lights on it for night time and works a treat

I have an RAC one was 19.99 and works great really fast and not loud at all
