Passenger Airbag

Hi all,

Just bought my first Puma (2001 1.6) Trying to work out if it has a passemger airbag.

There is no sticker or the word Airbag anywhere on the passenger side.

There is a little plaque just below the tax disk with Ford written on it and a number. On here it has what looks like an airbag symbol with X1 next to it. Am i right in thinking that this means that only one airbag is fitted?

I am asking in relation to putting a forward facing child seat on the front passenger seat.

Any help appreciated.

You only have one air bag.

I think that only the high spec ones like the Thunder and the Racing have passenger airbags.
