Right here it goes its a Mk7 Zs 2009 Tdci 1.6

when he turns on his air on to number 4 it works ok but it comes out cold and sometime heats up

Then if he changed it to any other number (1-3) it doesnt work at all no air is blown.

It seems to be affecting the heated windscreen he said took him 10mins to clear the front window last night

Any ideas guys? to help

Ps making him join this forum tonight :P
