Flashing Alarm Red Led Light

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone

I have just noticed that i dont appear to have a red flashing led light when my car is parked and locked to warn that it is alarmed. Do the ZS 7.5 2014 not have this facility. My earlier ZS 1.6 did have the light.

The car as the standard alarm fitted from the factory.

Hi, my first Fiesta was a Mk7 Zetec built in September 2010 and that had perimeter alarm with a flashing RED LED dot in the middle of the instrument panel when it was locked but, my November 2013 Fiesta Titanium also has the perimeter alarm but I don't see any visible signs of a RED warning LED?

Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

My Fiesta doesn't have the red flashing light that my previous Fiestas had, but instead there is a yellow light on the door lock button (located just above the hazard warning light switch) which lights up for a short while once I've locked the car. It eventually switches off as I have never noticed it flashing when I've returned to the car again.

Thank you for your reply s. That confirms my question. We don't get a Led on the new ones. :(

Same here, had it on my 2010 but not my 2013. Maybe they were running the battery down :D.
