bigmunkynutz
Well after owning a MK7.5 Race Red Zetec S for 18 months with the little 1.0L ecoboost engine I felt it was time to move on and get a bigger car so along came this 2.0L Ecobeast also 18 months old and only 12,200 miles on the clock (we soon changed that). I've said my fairwells to the Fiesta owners Section and just wanted to say hello to everyone in the Focus Area. First weekend home I Snowfoamed Clayed and waxed her and gave the engine bay a detail. I've changed out some sidelights and indicators, I also added some RallyFlapz to her and tried on some McGuard Black Nuts. Here's a few shots of her from her first week with us. Hopefully this weekend I'll be able to install her front mudflaps my Private Reg and an exhaust muffler delete Pipe.
IamDave
Very nice! How do you find this compared to the fiesta then? I got a 1.0l ecoboost focus last year (125ps) and I'm now wishing I got an ST instead seeing as MPG isn't really going to be an issue for the miles I do. Needless to say I'm looking into getting the mk3.5 ST once my dealer has a demo in to look at! Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

MarcoZetec13
Brilliant mate! I Love my new ST3, Also loving that crackle from your Resonator Delete! How much that cost you mate? It's either I do that to mine or buy a turbo cat exhaust lol attached a pic of mine was a horrible dull day for a pic lol
bigmunkynutz
The resonator delete sound even better in person! I'm very impressed. It was about £35 for the pipe and £30 for a local garage to fit. Will do me till I've got £1200-£1400 for a down pipe sports cat and cat back system. I like the complexity of the tangerine scream, it's got as much going on as the spirit blue, saying that I saw a red one the other day that had a few gloss black bits on a and it looked mint! MarcoZetec13
Thanks mate, Great Help! I have some savings stashed away and may consider getting full turbo cat exhaust :) it's funny that very few people warm to the colour of the car they have different opinions on it. One colour I haven't seen around my area is a red one infact I haven't seen an mk3 ST in my area... I must be the only one lol Sure I'll join that sounds great I'm already admin for FOC Scotland! A group dedicated to a specific model even better. Marco :)

bigmunkynutz
So its been a few weeks now and I've not done too much to the car. I'ts been washed a few times and has a nice layer of Wax now, I finally got my Docs from DVLA to put the plates on her and I've recieved my Gel Badges. I've started spraying up some mirrors gloss black and a boomerang arrived in time for the snow, i've fitted it now in the hope my services can be used should any more snow fall... I must say the Collins remaps really settled in well now and third gear acceleration is properly quick! Will probably look to add more power in the spring. Think next up is springs and spacers.
