Sync Phone Volume Issue

I have a LG Optumus Android, when I make phone calls with SYNC the volume can be normal. But most of the time it I have to turn it all the way up to 30 (its max). Is there an issue with the Sync system or ??? I have the Sync with My Ford. The car is a 2015 S Sedan with 800 miles. Everything works great with the Sync system but the phone volume issue.
