Deals In The Northwest

Featured Replies

Hello

Looking at getting a Titanium or Titanium X power shift and wondering if anyone can recommend a good dealer in the North West who'll do drivethedeal style prices?

Would go direct through them, but I have a px.

Thank you

Rob

Try carwow for prices but they will be a bit more than DTD, your local dealer may match the DTD price if he wants a sale, take the quote in it'll be something to bargain with.

If the DTD price is still the best could you try webuyanycar.com etc to see if there price would be near a dealer PX price?

carwow is about £1,000 more than drivethedeal, however webuyanycar is about £500 quid less than what I got offered in px when I looked at another car the other week.

when I got my Fabia VRS I got lucky and stumbled across the drivethedeal dealer who gave me a great px as well as a cheap price on the car.

Drivethedeal use WR Davies in Newtown, North Wales if you want to contact them direct.

Thank you, they want me to go through drivethedeal rather than direct, which is bizarre.

That's crazy, I collected my car from them last Saturday and they said that I could get the same deal from them as DTD if there was a "next time". Seemingly, DTD get £300 per order.

I'm always amazed at how you guys are able to bargain with the purchase price of a new car, our prices are fixed, it doesn't matter were you go, it will always be the same unless you buy second hand

Hmmmmm, well, the list price for mine is ~£15500, ~£12k from DTD. If they stuck to the list price they wouldn't sell any :)

£12k is still OTT IMHO.

EDIT: but I'm a tight bottom ;)
